Broker's Comments
Fairline have a good reputation for producing quality motor cruisers which perform well whilst not compromising on comfort. The 43/45 is well designed, well built and well fitted out and unusually, this boat has Caterpillars instead of the standard Volvos which have below average hours and have recently undergone a full service
She has a practical yet luxurious interior which belies her size. This is the 4 cabin layout, the crew cabin aft providing handy extra guest space or very usable stowage. The saloon and galley are spacious and bright making her perfect for entertaining or just relaxing either in the marina or at anchor.
This boat appears to be in very good condition structurally, mechanically and electrically with lots of recent works undertaken by her current (engineer) owner. She is in need of some updating aesthetically and would benefit from an upgrade to the navigation systems but she is priced to reflect that. The hard work has been done, what follows is a matter of personal preference but regardless of that there's a whole lot of fun to be had! The video added shows her underway taken by the owner in June 2015 doing 27 knots comfortably
