Pitch Pine on Oak. The hull and topsides do require a significant amount of work to make her watertight and the interior could do with a complete revamp from forward to aft.
This is a definite must for project lovers. Enormous potential in the right hands.

Broker's Comments
This is a classic Gentlemans Motor Boat but it has to be considered a project. If you can see past all the deraliction you will find a great liveaboad. We have been advised that to do the basics to make it watertight would be in the region of £15K. This is the kind of boat that can only really be appreciated by personal inspection.
