Broker's Comments
This gaff staysail schooner has been in the same ownership for the last 13 years and although she is fitted out as a liveaboard her knowledgeable owners have cruised her extensively and consider her a highly capable sailing vessel and easily handled short-handed thanks to the versatile rig . Although 54' overall this is with her fully retractable bowsprit, on deck she is 45'
She has a large cockpit with a good enclosure and clear decks for working or for entertaining.
As a home she would be fantastic, lots of space (up to 7' headroom in the galley) and well laid out for comfortable living. An extensive refit has taken place and although there is still work to be done including her fresh water system she has been surveyed within the last 12 months so her condition (and job's list) is known.
Living alongside, cruising the canals or sailing oceans? She can do them all
