Broker's Comments
Built in 1978 & extensively restored & improved by the present owners, this is a boat that turns heads wherever she goes. Her GPR hull & mahogany coach roof combine the best of a classic boat with little maintenance. Her new Beta engine, as well as new teak decks, rigging, winches, traveller assembly & sails, not to mention new electrics with shore power & battery charging system, new navigation lights, VHF, GPS; new seacocks & valves, plus a new sea toilet; cooker with burners & grill, to name but a few improvements, means there isn't anything that requires attention for anything but the most fastidious of people. A 2011 survey has now been undertaken and is available to potential purchasers at time of viewing.
